Frequently asked questions
When do I receive my commission?
We pay monthly via bank transfer (USD or MXN). We require the guest to have completed at least the first treatment session and made their first payment.
How is a conversion credited?
The guest mentions your partner code when booking or upon arrival. We also track direct referrals when the hotel introduces the guest to us via WhatsApp or phone.
What if the guest doesn't mention my code?
If the guest forgets to mention it, we can credit the referral within the first 30 days with supporting evidence (e.g. a message from the hotel recommending us to the guest). We recommend printing the code in the room for maximum attribution.
Do we need to sign a contract?
Welcome, Active and Premium tiers only require a short digital agreement (T&C by email). For the Preferred Partner tier (25%) we sign an annual contract with featured positioning clauses.
Is it exclusive?
No. You can keep working with other clinics if you wish. In the Preferred tier we offer additional benefits if the collaboration is exclusive.
Do you work with partners outside Cancún?
Yes. We accept partners from the entire Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Isla Mujeres and Puerto Morelos. The key is that the guest can travel to the clinic in Cancún.
