Limit snacks between meals and reduce sweets. Brush at least twice a day (or after meals if possible) and floss daily. Avoid hard-bristled brushes — use a soft or medium brush, manual or electric, and replace it every 8–12 weeks. Use fluoride toothpaste and rinses. See your dentist for regular check-ups and consider a professional cleaning twice a year. Do not ignore dental or gum problems — the sooner they are addressed, the better and less costly.

In a word, no. Whenever possible we practice pain-free dentistry and do everything possible to keep you comfortable. We use the gentlest techniques along with local anesthesia and check in with you throughout the procedure.

It varies, but patients should plan to be with us for about an hour. This lets us discuss any concerns, review your X-rays, perform a full dental check-up and, if applicable, discuss your future treatment plan.
